The employer match benefit just went up to 1,950/year! If you contribute any amount to the Iowa Retirement Investors' Club (RIC) up to $1,950, you receive a 100% match. This is a great way to boost your retirement savings. There are no vesting requirements.

New Retirement Savings Benefit Begins March 1

 

The City of Manchester has partnered with the Iowa Retirement Investors’ Club (RIC) to provide a new retirement savings benefit. RIC is designed to supplement your IPERS and Social Security income in retirement. 

RIC savers enjoy many benefits such as:

  • Automatic payroll deductions (pretax and Roth options)
  • Low minimum of $25/month to participate
  • Saver’s Credit (if qualified)
  • competitive investments with no sales charges, surrender penalties or fees for transfers and distributions
  • Advisor help at no extra cost
  • No vesting requirements
