Background

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is reviewing all of its administrative rules as part of Governor Kim Reynolds’ Executive Order 10. This Red Tape Review aims to cut redundant and outdated rule language in addition to addressing whether regulatory language is necessary. Every rule must be reviewed and either rescinded or re-promulgated in some form.
