IMPACS is the State of Iowa eProcurement system integrating multiple solutions on the JAGGAER ONE platform. It combines vendor, contract, and sourcing data all in one suite.
Vendor Registration will allow you to be able to to access all IMPACS & Jaggaer applications using the same credentials. Once you have created your account, it is encouraged to log into your vendor portal and complete your vendor registration.
By creating a vendor/supplier account in IMPACS, you will be able to receive bid opportunities via email based on the commodity codes you register under. View all IMPACS Commodity Codes.

Yes, you may forward the invite to anyone you would like in your company.
We find in most cases a sales rep or account manager is best equipped to complete this activity.

A Diversity Classification is a form that confirms that your company is certified by the government to be a Diverse Supplier.
