The Department of Administrative Services administers the CPM Program. Drake University Center for Special and Professional Studies develops and delivers the program with the assistance of the Department of Administrative Services.

DAS and Drake University belong to and work closely with The National Consortium of Certified Professional Management Programs to make certain we are aligned with their certification requirements. Lance Noe (Drake University) under the leadership of the Advisory Board continue to foster this unique partnership.

Lance Noe

Lance J. Noe serves as Director of the Center for Professional Studies, College of Business and Public Administration at Drake University. He coordinates and develops specialized certificate and professional programming for public, nonprofit, and private sector organizations. He holds faculty standing and teaches in the Drake Master of Public Administration program. His areas of teaching and research specialties include public policy, grant writing, state and local government, and human resources management. He was born and raised in Adel, IA and educated at Iowa State University, Drake University and Florida Atlantic University.
