Workday Learning
Workday Learning is the online learning management system (LMS) used by the State of Iowa. Partners, Providers, and Users will need a Workday Learning account in order to take state-offered training.
Partners, Providers, and Users are referred to as Extended Learners in Workday. Each External Learner is assigned to a specific External Learning Affiliation. Refer to the Affiliations section below for specific information.

It is recommended you use a laptop or desktop PC to complete training in Workday. Due to connection issues, it is possible to experience a delay in completion when using a mobile device.
In the State of Iowa's Workday Learning tenant, your username is the email associated with your account.
Please use an active email address you will be able to access ongoing to set up your account - a personal email address works best.
If you need to update the email associated with your account, contact the training contact listed in the Affiliations section below.
If you receive the Incorrect username or password error when logging in, try resetting your password using the Forgot Your Password link.
If you do not receive the password reset email, it's possible your account is inactive. Reach out to your training contact listed in the Affiliations section below for assistance in reactivating your account.
Note: Mandatory Reporters, visit the self-registration URL and enter the name and email associated with your account to reactivate your Mandatory Reporter account.
