Effective May 4, 2026, the email domain for Iowa Department of Administrative Services employee addresses and inboxes has changed from @iowa.gov to @das.iowa.gov.

Health Insurance

You may change your health plan.

Dental Insurance

No change is allowed.

Health FSA

No change is allowed.

Dependent Care FSA

You may increase or decrease contribution only if child care provider changes.

Supplemental Life Insurance

You may enroll or increase the amount of your coverage. Satisfactory evidence of insurability is required.
You may cancel or decrease the amount of your coverage.
