To make a pledge during our annual campaign, simply submit it online in Workday! Review the list of participating charitable agencies, select up to three you wish to receive your donation, and follow the step-by-step instructions in the One Gift Smart Guide. (For DOT employees, please refer to your One Gift Job Aid.)
If you do not have computer or Workday access, you may complete the One Gift pledge form and submit it to your One Gift Liaison or Human Resources Associate! (See How To Pledge.)
Sorry, we are not able to accept donations by cash or check.
You do. Through One Gift, you can choose up to three participating charitable organizations to receive your contribution.
On occasion, charitable organizations either cease operations or are disqualified from participation. When this occurs, a One Gift Coordinator will contact you to see if you would like to choose another charitable organization to receive your donation.
One Gift is a completely voluntary program. You may pledge from $1.00 per pay check to as much as your heart and wallet will allow.
All money donated goes directly to participating charitable organizations. All One Gift campaign workers are state employees who volunteer their time and expertise to assist with the program.
Yes. If you itemize your deductions, the full amount is tax deductible. The total amount you contributed for the entire calendar year will be found on your last pay stub of the year. (This is your receipt for tax purposes.)
Yes. During our annual campaign in September, employees may choose a one-time donation out of their first paycheck in January. Please see your Human Resources Associate for details.
Yes. While our annual campaign in held in September, employees may start or stop their donations at any time of the year. Contact your Human Resources Associate with your request.
