Enroll - AIG offers the following enrollment options:

  • Online - Click here and follow the instructions.
  • With an advisor (no additional cost) - Contact an advisor in your area, if available.
  • Over the phone -  800-945-6763 
  • Download Forms - Download a paper copy of the enrollment forms from the AIG website.
  • Request assistance - For enrollment help or to ask questions contact AIG at 800-945-6763 or send an email.

Online Account Access - AIG participants may review account information 24/7.

AIG app - AIG has a  free application designed for iPhones® and Android™-based smartphones. The existing AIG Mobile Access service will continue to operate for individuals who are not using more capable smartphones.

A fixed rate account is an investment option that provides guarantee of principal and periodically adjusted fixed rates of return. Principal and earnings in these fixed rate accounts are guaranteed by the provider. Rates shown on this website are updated periodically; contact the providers directly for the most accurate rate information. Contract minimum rates shown below are guaranteed under current service contracts with each provider. Rates may change with future contract terms.

If your insurance company fails, the maximum amount of protection provided by Iowa Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association (FAQ) for fixed accounts that are guaranteed by general assets of the insurance company is $250,000.
