What is planwithease?

Planwithease (pwe) is the third party administrator (TPA) for your 403b plan. PWE manages the process by which you can request a transaction such as:

• Distributions
• Changes
• Provider exchanges

• Download login instructions from planwithease.
• Download the user guide for how to use the planwithease portal

Transaction Requests

To make a request:

1. Call your provider for the provider’s forms.
2. Login to planwithease.com  
3. Request approval of the transaction. You will need to follow these simple steps and download the illustrated instructions (942.83 KB) .pdf .
4. Print the approval letter. Directions are included in the illustrated instructions.
5. Submit the approval letter and provider’s form(s) to the provider.
