Open Enrollment Supplemental Life Insurance Update (as of 10/18/23)
During this One-Time Open Enrollment period from October 2, 2023- November 3, 2023 you can elect Supplemental Life up to the Guarantee Issue amount of $100,000 without submitting Evidence of Insurability (EOI). Please note that if your EOI application has been declined in the past your Supplemental Life increase will remain declined.
- Employees applying for supplemental insurance for the first time do not need to submit EOI.
- Employees who currently have supplemental life insurance and are requesting an increase, do not need to submit EOI.
