At DAS Performance & Development Solutions (PDS), our mission is to provide development solutions that empower state employees to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective programs and services. PDS offers a variety of courses to meet your needs. Our training is available to:
- State of Iowa employees
- County and city government
- General public and other organizations
Getting Started
Whether you are a state employee or an external learner, you can find complete information on available courses, course fees, and offering dates within this catalog.
- State Employees: In addition to the catalog, you can browse and register for classes directly through Workday Learning.
- External Learners: If you are a non-state employee (city, county, or general public), please complete the External Enrollment Form and email it to pds@iowa.gov.
- PDS Policies: All participants are encouraged to review our policies related to PDS courses, including cancellation and substitution policies, on the PDS Policies Page.
