New Vehicles

  • Current Minimum Replacement Criteria
    • Passenger vehicles and light duty trucks = 10 years/120,000 miles
    • Medium Duty Trucks & Buses (gasoline) = 10 years/125,000 miles
    • Medium Duty Trucks & Buses (diesel) = 10 years/200,000 miles
    • Heavy Duty Trucks & Buses (diesel) = 10 years/400,000 mile

  • Vehicle Order Form  Justification for early replacement, additions to fleet,depreciation variance, vehicle class changes, or selection other than lowest priced in class must be submitted on the Vehicle Order Form

Important Buyer Information

How to Create a Buyer Account: 

  1. Go to https://GovDeals.com and click "Register" in the top right corner.
  2. Complete the registration form with your personal information, including your full name, email, and  address.
  3. You will receive a temporary password via email or text.  Use this to log in for the first time, and you will be prompted to create a new, permanent password.

     

How to Buy: 

  • https://www.govdeals.com/en/content/how-to-buy
  • Payment: Payments are processed through the "My Bids" section of your GovDeals account and are due within 3 business days of the auction's closing date.
  • Item Removal: Vehicles must be picked up with in 5 business days of the auction close.  A $25.00 daily storage fee may be charged for items not removed within this timeframe.
  • Pick-Up: You are responsible for all arrangements, including scheduling a pick-up time at least 24 hours in advance, as well as loading and transporting your purchase.  These services will not be provided for you at pick-up location.
