Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Both facilitators did an excellent job preparing, presenting, and incorporating the materials for us to use not only in our daily lives but within the workforce. They went above and beyond by listening to our questions and giving resources geared towards our own growth and development.
Overview
Emotional Intelligence 2.0 uses the EQ-i 2.0 inventory, a leading measure of emotional intelligence. Participants complete the assessment and receive a 50 minute debrief with a certified coach prior to the training. During the session, participants explore their strengths and areas for growth, examine the fifteen EQ-i 2.0 competencies, and practice applying key skills. The course concludes with the creation of a personal development plan. Assessments must be completed three weeks before the training.

This class includes an individual strengths inventory, coupled with a 3 hour live virtual session.
Relationships are crucial to an individual's wellbeing and performance at work. As a part of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) training, you will complete the assessment and receive your results prior to the class. In the training session you will learn how to utilize the SDI dashboard and measure your core motives, how you experience conflict, the personal strengths you use most productively, and the strengths you sometimes overuse.
