Open enrollment is a great opportunity for employees to review their benefit elections and ensure they still meet their needs. Please encourage employees to take this time to explore the available options and make any necessary changes to secure the best coverage for them and their families.
Remember this is the only opportunity employees have to make changes for 2027 (unless they have a qualified life event).

Important Dates to Remember
- December 24, 2026 - Changes to health and dental insurance deductions are reflected on pay warrants.
- January 1, 2027 - Benefit elections made during this Open Enrollment period are effective.
- January 4, 2027 - The Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for basic and additional supplemental life insurance you elect during the Open Enrollment period must be on file with The Standard.
- January 8, 2027 - FSA elections will be deducted starting on the pay warrant issued that day.
