What is planwithease?

Planwithease (pwe) is the third party administrator (TPA) for your 403b plan. PWE manages the process by which participants can request a transaction such as:

• Distributions
• Changes
• Provider exchanges

• Download login instructions from Voya.
• Download the user guide for how to use the planwithease portal

Transaction Requests

To make a request, you will need to follow these simple steps and download the illustrated instructions:

1. Call your provider for the provider’s forms
2. Login to the planwithease website
3. Request approval of the transaction
4. Print the approval letter
5. Submit the approval letter and provider’s form(s) to the provider.
