IX. Training

The Department of Administrative Services shall offer training courses in equal 7 opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and prevention of discrimination/harassment through its Performance and Development Solutions (PDS) program area. These courses are found on the Department of Administrative Services— Human Resources Enterprise website at https://das.iowa.gov/human-resources/training-and-development. Executive branch employees are strongly encouraged to attend training offered through PDS.
