IT Staff Augmentation

Beginning on October 5, 2012 the Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is sourcing all information technology staff augmentation through the Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) contract number 4080-13E. This program is available to all branches of State Government procuring contracts that are administered by Iowa’s Department of Administrative Services.

Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) will be the contract’s Managed Service Provider (MSP), responsible for the oversight of the staff augmentation process, including the following:

  • Agency consultation
  • Sourcing and vendor response management
  • Candidate evaluation and validation
  • Interview facilitation
  • On-boarding
  • Invoicing
