Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) FAQs

Please note: The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) expired December 31, 2020. Agencies are required to provide leave for COVID related illnesses in compliance with Administrative Rules and other means outlined in this FAQ. If there are questions on applicable leaves, please contact your agency assigned Personnel Officer for guidance.
