Assuming it is safe, we anticipate 150-200 attendees. CCI Action staff will
ensure safe set-up and tear-down/clean-up after event. After initial
rally/press conference we will use the rotunda for education tables/displays'
citizen lobby trainings; and meetings with legislators.
