  • You may enroll the newly eligible dependent.  
Dental Insurance
  • You may enroll the newly eligible dependent. 
Health FSA
  • No change is allowed.
Dependent Care FSA
  • No change is allowed.
Supplemental Life Insurance
  • You may enroll or increase the amount of your coverage. Satisfactory evidence of insurability is required.
  • You may cancel or decrease the amount of your coverage.
