Early Out Incentive Programs
The Legislature has passed three early termination programs for those State of Iowa employees meeting program criteria and desiring to leave State service. This site includes forms for address changes, changes in beneficiaries, and additional information for those State employees who terminated under one of the Early Out Incentive Programs.
