Welcome to the HRE Policies and Information Page
The following list includes links to several pages sorted by customer type. Each page contains many frequently used human resources forms in one central location for the user's convenience. Several of these forms are also found in the Managers and Supervisors Manual and other locations on the DAS website, along with more in-depth information about them. Where that is the case, links to the respective Chapter in the Managers and Supervisors Manual or other resources have been included.
In addition, this page includes links to a wide variety of documents written by DAS staff.

| The Administrative Rules | This link is to the Iowa General Assembly's Administrative Rules Page. Human Resource Enterprise's primary rule chapter is 11. |
| Iowa Code | This links to the Iowa General Assembly, Iowa Law page. From this page, you can view a codified version of the Constitution of the State of Iowa and various versions of the Code of Iowa. The Iowa Code chapters that govern the department include 8A, 19B, 20, 70A, 97B, and 509A. Select the Code year and then enter the desired chapter number (including the letter) into the chapter field. |
The forms on this site can be used in one of two ways. They can be completed online and saved to your own computer, or they can be printed and completed by hand. The forms that are in PDF format can only be completed by printing the blank form and completing it by hand. None of the forms is set up to update an HRE database.
